At Al Qaim Surgical, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We strive to ensure that every surgical instrument and medical product meets strict quality standards. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, unaltered, and in resalable condition.
The product is returned in its original packaging, including labels and protective materials.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is provided.
The product has not been sterilized, modified, or tampered with.
For hygiene and safety reasons, medical products that have been opened, used, or sterilized cannot be returned.
2. Quality Assurance & Inspection
All returned items undergo a thorough inspection by our quality control team.
Al Qaim Surgical reserves the right to:
Reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
Apply a restocking fee (if applicable) for certain product categories.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
We gladly offer replacements in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects
Shipping damage
Incorrect product delivered
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence to initiate the replacement process.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Customized or special-manufactured instruments
Sterile or single-use products once opened
Products purchased under clearance or promotional sales
Used or damaged items not caused by our error
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy guidelines.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or company error.
We recommend using a traceable courier service to ensure safe delivery of returned goods.
Al Qaim Surgical is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
