  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

Orders & Pricing

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
  • Wholesale and retail prices may vary depending on stock and market conditions.
  • Discounts, promotions, or offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.

Payments

  • Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm certain orders.
  • Al Qaim Surgical is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete payment details provided by the customer.

Delivery & Shipping

  • We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock, location, and transportation.

  • Any additional shipping or handling charges will be communicated prior to dispatch.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details.

Warranty & After-Sales Service

  • Al Qaim Surgical offers after-sales support for all products purchased directly from us.
  • Warranty coverage varies depending on the product category (hospital furniture, medical devices, machines).
  • In case of defects or operational issues, our team will provide repair, replacement, or guidance as per policy.
  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or natural wear & tear

Returns & Claims

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in original condition, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  • Replacement or refund requests will be processed after inspection and approval by our quality team.

Limitation of Liability

Al Qaim Surgical shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or transport services.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.
